At ChargeTreat, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are consumable and packaged for local delivery, all sales are generally final.
Refund Requests
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Approved cases may qualify for a partial or full refund, determined after reviewing the issue and any supporting information provided.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Opened or used products
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Issues reported after 3 days
• Incorrect delivery information entered at checkout
• Delivery delays outside of our control
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order is being prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
